New to ceramics and responding to the theme of Carry on Constable, this tiny, intricately detailed piece features experiments in extrusion, abstraction and the alchemy of recycled glazes. A ribbon of blue hues represents the famous boating river at Dedham. A child’s playdoh extruder was used to create the sprouting growth.
